Reinstated Clubs Lost Site

I am starting to work with our district's low member clubs to help them grow. I am finding that some clubs have lost the members who knew about the club websites like FreeToastHost, which is listed on their Find-a-Club entry. One of the clubs I am starting to work with likely lost access when they were suspended last October for lack of dues payments. They were later reinstated. If their FTH site can be restored, then I will need to teach them how to use it.

I suspect I will come across a few more. The club I am starting to working with has the URL 217.toastmastersclubs.org/

How do I go about getting these club's FTH sites reactivated?

Thank you for any assistance and have a Terrific day!

I've had a look and there isn't any website for Club 217 in our system. When a club is suspended, the website is removed and there's a three-month grace period before the data is actually removed. A club's site can be reinstated in that time. Unfortunately, with the suspension being so long ago, that time-frame is well and truly over.

You, or a club member, would need to apply for a new site using the same club number. If the club has a presence in TI Find-a-Club, then you can use the standard Request a Chartered Club Website form. Otherwise, use the Unchartered Club Website tab.

Thank you Jane. Now I know that this is something to watch for if any clubs get suspended and quickly reinstated in the future. I will help the club request and setup a new site. (And the same for future clubs with the issue.)
