Setting up officer emails

Hi,
I'm trying to figure out where I can use the mailbox for the officer email that was set up for me as the VPPR, vppr-9501@toastmastersclubs.org.  

This email is listed in several social media locations.  I've searched thru support on TM International and my club site and Freetoast

Can you please point me in the right direction?  I don't want to keep using my personal email for communications.

1) we always require your club number!

2) there is no FTH club website for club 9501

3) There are no FTH email accounts. FTH just provides email forwarders.

4)The officer email forwarders are automatically setup when a person is assigned to an officer role in the Members area of the admin console.

I sent a test email to try and test this. This was the error I got
