Reset Administrator Password

I am the VPE for the UGA Griffin Campus Toastmaster club.  I helped the new VPPR, Melissa Slaughter set herself up as the new administrator but she has misplaced the new password.  How do we reset the administrator password?

Melissa can open the site admin login dialog box and click "Did you forget your password?" to have an admin login key sent to her email address.
