Need to have our old website unlocked; it has not been used in over 2 years

Club 4911, new club name, "Chatter Champions" doesn't have the former administrators of the past site.  We would like the site unlocked so we can update it and get our current club members added to the site.  I would like to speak with someone from the tech support because I tried to do this before this forum.

Our team has no link to our 4911 club website as it has been since 2019 - last use. Can you please delete that site and give us another website. None of our members have the link and we cannot follow the instructions.

I am asking for a new site or for you to add my email, mramos@erichramos.com and our three leaders to the site that we do not know.

The FTH site for club 4911 always has the same address:

The document shared by Pam is the instructions to gain administrative access to this site with the members currently in your club.

My name is listed as an administrator, but I didn't get the email password.  The email there belongs to someone named Wagner, who has not been in the club for years.

Can you please update the administrator to be me, Monique Ramos, at email mramos@erichramos.com?

I didn't get any information or email to log in and I don't know the password.

Thank you for adding my name at club 4911.. I need to spend time with my family and close the door on access. I have called the main TM office as they are the ticket generator that shows up and it doesn't work. I have left messages and should have had them walk me through what they do. I am very frustrated.
