No opt-in email sent by server in 2 instances in 2 clubs (Club 7328 & 00008761)

Hi I just added a new member to my home club where I am an office, the IEEE Live Wires Toastmasters Club (Club 7328). I saved it and her name is shown in the membership list with a strikethrough, pending her clicking the optin link in email she is supposed to receive from server@toastmastersclubs.org. However, typically when I add a new member to FTH I also get a confirming copy of the email from server@toastmastersclubs.org and I have received no such confirming email that she was sent an opt in email.
I am very concerned about this not only for this new member but also because this is the 2nd instance in 2 different clubs where there has been an issue with server@toastmastersclubs.org sending an opt=in email; the other instance is another club (the Podmasters Advanced Toastmasters Club (Club # 00008761)
which I just joined 2 weeks ago). The VPE/Past President Fred Bergeron added me to their FTH site, but I never received an opt=in email from server@toastmastersclubs.org.
So with 2 instances in 2 weeks for 2 different clubs I am very concerned, can you please help?

Also as a new member myself of Podmasters Advanced Toastmasters Club # 00008761 I was supposed to get an opt in email sent to my personal email: edithorenstein007@gmail.com and Fred Bergeron the VPE and Founding President of Podmasters Advanced was supposed to get confirming email when he added me to Podmasters advanced but he did not.

1) please do not jump another's post. Your problem is not theirs.
2) You do not have any new members in your members list(names crossed out).
3) Please supply the email addresses of the individuals involved.

Club 7328 - you are the SAA. Your club opt-in emails are set to go to the admin and VPM. Both were sent the confirming copy and advised when the new member accepted the opt-in email
I'm not sure how you're adding members as you don't have that access as SAA and you aren't the admin. If you are responsible for adding members then the admin should add your role to the list of (up to 3) delegated officers (currently President, VPE & VPM for your club.
7328 - your details are shown but it seems there was a system outage at the time. I've resent the opt-in emails to you and another new member who was affected. Note your email address is different to those you have on 7328
