I keep getting the following error below. Please help!!!

Software error:Cannot connect to MySQL database. Error=[User srvadmin already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections]
at /var/www/cgi-bin/dbi_db.pl line 66.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
