Unable to Access Club 2967 Website or Very Slow

Good morning:

I've been having a difficult time logging in or working with the agendas recently.  I've tried different browsers and different networks and it doesn't seem to make much difference.  Yesterday, I was trying to make changes to our agenda, and I'd have to walk away and come back as it took so long to complete each step.  This morning, I attempted to log in to the website and received the message "503 Service Unavailable - The Server is temporarily unavailable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."  Would appreciate any advice or information you can provide, thank you in advance.  Our website is  2967.toastmastersclubs.org/

Along with the issues at AWS we have been experiencing very high server activity especially by bots and they all do not play nice.
We have implemented several strategies to assist in controlling this high activity.
