I have been receiving the following message since Saturday. Unable to email agenda, difficult to enter/amend/revise agendas.

Along with the issues at AWS we have been experiencing very high server activity especially by bots and they all do not play nice.
We have implemented several strategies to assist in controlling this high activity.
