Website takes over a minute to load

Greetings,
I'm a member of Anishanabe toastmasters - club 8167. For the past month I received an error that the site was not secure (the certificates did not match). I reported this to our executive (note I'm also a member of Health Talkers and was not receiving this certificate error.
Trying to log on to either site takes over a minute now. and once the site loads, it takes another minute or more to authenticate. I'm hoping you can look into this (I suspect I'm not alone with this issue).

I also received an error loading the site a second time (see attached image). Please feel free to reach out if you need more info.
