Incorrect agenda change notification

I'm the VPE.  I make a change to the agenda, removing a member from the SAA  role.  Shortly after, I (and the president) get a nofication via email that *I* (not the SAA that was entered) was removed from the role.  This is incorrect. It seems to be repeatable.

Are you clicking on the [X] next to the member's name on the user view of the agenda?  Those notifications refer to the member who made the change (you)
If you use the agenda in edit mode and remove or change the person taking the role, you shouldn't get that notification
