Receiving error message when trying to upload to file manager

I had run into this error messages while trying to upload documents to our Free Toast Host site, but then it seemed to be working for awhile, and now I’ve run into it again. This time, it has let me upload the file, but won’t let me sort it into a folder.

Messages says:
***DATA TRANSFER ERROR***
JavaScript Function=StdAdminSaveBtnClick
Status=error
Error=
Please notify us about this at support.toastmastersclubs.org .
Would you like to reload this website from the server?
Ok --- Cancel

When I click okay, it doesn't seem to make any difference. I have tried signing in as admin, but I still get the error message.
Since the error message has told me to notify them at this site, I'm posting it here for any advice. Thanks!

worked for me. logged in as the site admin.

Next time click the reload at the bottom of the page

I have tried doing it as a member and as site admin and I receive the same error.
I clicked the reload button at the bottom, but nothing changes.
I've tried this in Edge and Chrome, but same error.

Try clearing your browser cache.
