I think the 'Web Page Tools' are part of CKEditor and this is NOT a quick fix. Sorry, don't wait for Brian.

The Web Page Tools 'Replace Image/Photo' (while it might be nice if it works) is not necessary in order to manage any pictures displayed on your home page or anywhere on your site.

Please read the document that Pam recommended;

Thank you. I can try again after I reread the doc Pam sent but the first time I tried to upload the new image, it just laid on top of the old group image (main homepage image). It wasn't uploaded in the "placeholder" and I could still see the old image. I'm not even sure how to delete the old image and I'm afraid to until I know how to add the new one.

I'll keep reading through the document.

Good news! (I hope)

Your reply to my comments piqued my curiosity and I began digging. There is (was) definitely something really odd on your home page image. I suspect you were not going to solve this with our suggestions. I had to 'view source' in order to catch the discrepancy.

I added the same image (IMG_1588.jpg) through the normal process (Pam's document) and removed the following code from your home page;
Code:
<style type="text/css">h1,p{margin:auto;margin-top:10px; </style> <div style="background-color:blue; border:2px;background-image:url(imageuploads/970718/IMG_1588.jpg);background-repeat:no-repeat; background-position:center;background-size:cover;block-size:80vh;">###</div> <div style="background:#eeeeee;border:1px solid #cccccc;padding:5px 10px;"></div>

Now, when you edit your home page, right click on the picture and select 'Image properties', you should be able to change your picture according to the FTH help document shared by Pam.
