Sending emails VPPR

Subject:** Unable to Send or Receive Emails Using VPPR Address – Need Help with Permissions on Free Toast Host

Hello everyone,

I’m serving as VPPR for my Toastmasters club, and I’ve been trying to set up my VPPR email alias to send and receive emails through Free Toast Host (FTH).

I attempted to configure it via my Gmail account, but I was unable to send emails because I don’t have the necessary permissions. My administrator said he can’t help me and find a solution.

Currently, I can neither send nor receive emails through the VPPR alias, which is impacting my ability to perform my role effectively.

Can anyone advise if this is a typical setup on FTH? Is there a specific configuration or permission adjustment needed to enable sending and receiving emails from a role-based alias? Or should I be doing this differently, perhaps through an external mail client?

Any guidance or shared experience would be greatly appreciated.

FTH does not provide email accounts only forwarders.

As a member/officer of your club you can send email to: the members-nnnn or the officers-nnnn email address but you use your hotmail account to do the sending.
