System Appending to zoom Link on Agenda Page

Hello, Chuck from club 1422 here.

We have created a link to our Zoom meeting at the top of our agenda (under the Default Meeting Description). This link should take the club member to our weekly meeting link. We have set up the Zoom account so that members can join the meeting directly without a waiting room. This is an open Zoom meeting and is used for club executive meetings, etc.  When I paste the Zoom meeting link which includes the encrypted passcode, the system appends additional information to the link - [&omn=87947933382] (brackets added) the appended data includes the meeting Id which is already at the beginning of the link. This takes the user to a "Waiting for the host to start the meeting" screen. The appended information only happens on the Agenda. We have the link posted elsewhere and the user can go directly into the meeting. I can't seem to correct this.

Not sure where you got the link you pasted in the current agenda but it is pure garbage.
it shouldn't have any reference to google of the characters should not be in ascii.

Once you xreate a dated agenda from the template any changes to the template are not reflected, you either have to update the dated agenda by hand or delete and recreate the dated agenda.

Not sure where the garbage google link comes in. When I look at the agenda template link it only shows the correct Zoom link.
