Officer Emails Not Working

Hi, it seems my officers are not receiving their emails. Can you check? We have switched to a new domain hosting provider since we lost access to the last one, in case that matters for troubleshooting. Thank you!

Your DNS settings look good.
The only emails sent to an officer alias were blocked by spam assassin:

Can you be more specific about the issue.  Which officers haven't received emails?  Is the "to" address correct?  Who sent the email?  Was there a BCC included (that would probably block it)

Hi, my answers are below.
  • Who has not received them?: None of the officers has received them except for the Secretary via secretary@eagletoastmasters.com. I've also sent multiple tests to vppr@eagletoastmasters.com, which should go to me, but I haven't received any of them.
  • To address: The To address is correct. I've copied them from the FTH admin > Club Email Addresses panel to ensure it's exact.
  • Who sent the email?: I sent them all as tests to check if anyone has received them.
  • BCC?: BC and BCC was not used in any of the tests.
It's possible the other club emails may not work, e.g., members@, officers@, mentors@, but I wanted to test the officer emails first.

Is it likely that the forwarder determined it was spam and not forwarding the emails to each officer's destination email account?

Hi. Is this something you can resolve on your end or something I should do? From what I can understand, that IP is AWS (through Toastmasters International), right?

That is your email service you need to contact them. It has nothing to do with FTH.
