Storage and Accessibility

I'm with Toastmasters at Twelve #1440146.  1440146.toastmastersclubs.org

How do we know how much space we have on our site? It seems slower now. I'm wondering if we've posted too many images and videos this year. 

Also, is it possible to give more officers access to certain features vs just 3 officers?

1) FTH is not a storage repository
2) FTH does not support any media files audio or video use a service like yahoo.
3) We ask that people be responable. a couple of times a year we look for abusers and remove their files.

4) the reason the server has been so slow is that every search engine in the world wants to scan all 11,000 FTH websites. So we are having to get creative to allow the users in first and Ssearch engines after.

Thank you for your response Brian. I have a couple follow up questions:
1) FTH is not a storage repository.
FTH has a file manager feature, where we simply want to keep our exec minutes for all officers to easily access, as well as mentoring information. This simplifies and streamlines.

2) FTH does not support any media files audio or video use a service like yahoo.
FTH has the media feature to upload photos, which we use to highlight meetings, contests, events, wins etc. Can you please further explain your answer.

TM12 is not trying to abuse FTH. We are so grateful for this service and are trying to use its fullest capabilities, but are learning, thus the reason we reached out with questions. Thank you for all your work on the FTH project. Monumental.

Makes sense. Ty.

1) you can keep a reasonalble amount of files, but we are not a file repository, do no upload large files or they will be removed without warning.

2) You can upload your current pictures, no video or audio files. Again once FTH is not a repository, once a photo is removed from showing it should be deleted.
