Site cannot be reached #3686963 and #3574270

I presume this a global outage or maybe a DOS attack... at any rate, just added that my two clubs #3686963 and #3574270 have both been unreachable today. Thank you for your work on this.

Our club is experiencing the same thing ( usda3294.toastmastersclubs.org/ ). I checked my internet connection as well as did a download check and a check of outages in the state. We have club members in three different states, and none can get to the site.
