Club 7328 Unable to send Agenda Email/Call for Roles email via FTH

Hi Club 7328 is unable to send Agenda email/Call for Roles email via FTH. 
Site loading time exceeded 1 1/2 minutes, email function did not work. 
The "send email" box seems turned off/doesn't light up (see screenshot attached)
