No email received for Pending Addition to Earlybird Toastmasters Club 1268

Hi, my club is trying to add me as a user to their account here but no email is being sent to either myself or the person in the club submitting it.

My email and domain have both been tested at spamhaus.org and no issues are detected. 

Can you please help me get added to my club?
