New Member is not recieving the activation email

A new member is attempting to join club #03425696. We have attempted multiple times to send them the activation email and they have not received it. They are Utilizing the Arvig.net email system. They have whitelisted the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. email address and have still not received the opt-in email. Any additional help would be appreciated.

I replaced the email addresses and new member name with [redacted] in the above code.

Looks like it's getting blocked by security policies at Arvig.net. They will have to raise the issue with their IT dept.
