Club #8337 where to find the custom css feature in the admin tools

As the VPE for Morgan Hill Toastmasters, I need help optimizing our FreeToast Host site (morganhill.toastmastersclubs.org). I'm trying to replace the current image background with an SVG to improve page speed, but the platform doesn't directly support SVG uploads. I've read that custom CSS is the workaround, but I cannot locate or activate the custom CSS feature in the Admin Console. Could you please provide the exact steps to find the custom CSS option?

Although I can not quickly put my finger on the relevant advisory in the documentation, I can tell you that CSS is NOT allowed in FTH pages, and there is no "custom CSS option."

In FTH there is no such thing as template customization.
If you want to use css it will be inline and you have to be specific with your naming.If you clober any of the existing names we can only remove your page to fix.

Replacing the site background image is covered in the appearance part of the admin console.
