Login credentials stopped working

Hi, in trying to log onto my club 1441 website   my login credentials, which I have been using since first subscribing to the site, no longer work.

Per the recommendation on the message (see attached file), I attempted to reset my password, thinking that may resolve the issue, but never received the email (tony.vizza@gmail.com)

I waited for some time before attempting to log in again on the assumption that it might be a temporary glitch and would self-correct, but the condition persists.

I'm the Vice President of Education for club 1441 and need access to  1441.toastmastersclubs.org on a daily basis.

FYI, I'm using a MacBook Air with macOS Tahoe 26.1 and Safari browser version 26.1 (21622.2.11.11.9) in case those details are relevant.

Any help you can provide to get me back on line would be greatly appreciated.

I see no email to you from the system today.
Are you sure you entered your name and left the password blank and clicked authorize?
