Contest templates

I am looking for a way to add a pre-defined template to the FTH admin panel for Agendas. I suppose I could type one in from scratch, but I cannot be the first VPEd who ever needed to do this. Do any exist? Is there a way to import a basic template formatted for International Speech and Evaluation Contests? Similarly, to add one for Humorous and Table Topics?

To be clear, I did read every page of the documentation I knew to get to and did a search on "templates" and "contest", to no avail.

Sure would be nice if I could pull in on my 672.toastmastersclubs.org Admin console either or both of these, rather than have to type them in from scratch.
