Unable to connect to club website while on WiFi

On Friday evening, November 14, I started having trouble connecting to my club websites while on WiFi. I was able to connect in the morning of 11/14 without issue.
I can connect if I set my MacBook to use my iPhone as a personal hotspot. I can reach this site and all others without issue while using WiFi. 
My Firewall is not active. I cleared my cache and rebooted.
My clubs are 5054, 2381330, 1449606, and 28677854. Another member in club 1449606 is also having the same issue.
