New Member cannot get past login screen

I am the site admin for Sunrise Toastmasters, club 4262. We are based in North Carolina but have members from several different countries. One of our new members is logging in from China. She has clicked the confirmation link sent by the server and shows as an active member in the membership list. She was able to log in one time and create a password, but since then, every time she tries to log in, her system will not get past the login screen. When she clicks the Member Login button, it brings up the login dialog pop-up, but immediately she gets the spinning wheel of death and the site freezes. She is unable to login at all and has tried it on two different computers with both Chrome and Edge. I also had her clear her cache, but that did not solve the issue. When she tried to disconnect from WiFi on her phone and connect she said the site responded too slowly to be usable. Any other suggestions?

What is the IP address of her device. Many Chinese IP get blocked because of spam or hacker attempts.

I have opened that single IP for now. If it changes you willl have to let us know.
