For the last several months we have had issues signing into the toasthost taxmasters website.  consistently getting the server took to long to response type messages.  What can we do?

FTH does not support VPN too many of them have been used to abuse and attack FTH
It looks like you are using a VPN or Proxy as your IP address belongs to Amazon.

Turn off your VPN and try again.
