Member not receiving opt-in email in spite of edit attempts by administrator

One of the newest members to Lincoln Toastmasters Club6399 (Janeen Elliott) has not received and opt-in email in spite of several attempts by the Administrator (Roger Hanna) to generate it. Can you please trigger and opt-in email for Janeen at janeen.elliott@gmail.com. (see attached file)

The line through her name indicates the OPT-IN email has been sent and she has not opt-ed. 
Please have her check her spam/junk folders.

1) No one had resent the opt-in email, you can use the pull down in the membership page to resend the opt-in email,
