getting error "Cannot connect to MySQL database"

Hello! In the last hour, about 4-415pm ET, I was able to login to our website: presidentsclub.toastmastersclubs.org/
Then a few minutes later I got this error - see below for text & attached for image
Alerting you in case this is a bigger cause for concern than just me.

Thanks for your report. This seems to be fairly widespread. Hopefully it should be fixed soon.

We are having the same issue. I reported this as well.
