It can take up to 24 hours for changes in club central to be reflected on your Find-A-Club page. Once it does you should be able to follow through with peterb323's instructions.

Interesting update: I just checked, and now the system wants to respond to sigourney.lucas@gmail.com.

Is Sigourney a current member of your club?

If so, she can activate your site (you can submit the request for her, but the owner of that email address will have to respond). A Gmail message to Sigourney should go through.
