Yes, I have contacted WHQ, checked the site, updated information, all of the above. The new and correct email does not match what Free Toasthost keeps sending the confirmation link to

You still have not given me a valid webaddress the the site you are saying exists.

I found this on the Toastmasters.org site
28678756
07/21/2025 Complete Community Health Choice Toastmasters Club Houston

Could 28678756 be your website?

FTH does not have a website for club 2867875

If you are requesting a new website for club 2867875 you need to make sure the email address on the find-a-club is correct.
Follow these directions!

If you are requesting a NEW FTH webiste as you do not currently have one, are you sure that the contact information on toastmasters.org find-a-club is correct?

Please follow these instructions to update the contact information on toastmasters.org

Updating contact info on Toastmasters International website

Sorry to repeat myself. Again, when initially started it was one email. Email has since changed because of a firewall that prevented the club from receiving the emails. Correct Club # is 28678756 for Community Health Choice. There is nothing else to update. Maybe I am not typing correctly? Not sure what else to do? Maybe someone can call me? We have been trying since August so would really apprectiate some help other than sending me to update contact information. Can anyone help me?

The website for your club was never created.

I think the problem is your email address in Toastmasters.org.
If you try to submit a website request, the system will try to respond to your current Contact Email: Roslyn.Ferguson-Syas@communityheathchoice.org.

I presume the problem is that communityheathchoice.org is blocking the FreeToastHost email response, so you cannot complete your site creation.
Is that the email listed as your official Toastmasters.org address?

If so, log into Toastmasters.org , edit your profile, and change your email address to Roz_ferguson@Yahoo.com.
Once updated, submit a new website request at www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome .

Upon successful completion of the form, your current Contact Email should update to your yahoo address and the email should pass through.

If that works, you can always return to Toastmasters.org and restore your old email address. But you might want to stick with the Yahoo address - less friction.

Try that and see if you can complete your submission. Sorry this has been so difficult for you. Good luck!

Thank you so much. The email is updated in club central under club contaqct and meeting information. Does it take a while for FreeToastHost to see the change? It still keeps stating the old email and NOTE: The contact email address above will be used to ask for approval of this request via a system generated email.

It also says this, If the e-mail address listed here is no longer valid, visit our support website at support.toastmastersclubs.org to cancel this request and update your club, but I don't know how to cancel and redo the request
