Sure.
My clubs put it in the agenda header so it goes to all members. There's even a toggle on the agenda page use the SETUP tab to include "VENUE" and "VENUE LINK". Some clubs put it as the top item in the agenda flow.

To keep the riffraff out, we don't post it on the front page. Instead we'll send it in response to a contact request.

You can also put the link directly on your homepage.

While filtering out the riffraff is important, the email approach creates a barrier to entry that can deter potential guests.

Alternatively, you can use Zoom's registration feature and the Zoom waiting room to control access, automating the access channel and making your meeting more accessible.
