Uploading Docs & Renaming Tabs

Hello,
I have two questions.
1) On our website, we have a Member Downloads tab. Is it possible to rename it?

2) On this Member Downloads tab, I don't see an option to upload a document or remove an uploaded document. Does anyone know how I can do that?

Thank you for the help! I'm not able to figure out how to  upload a picture but can do that if that's possible.

You cannot rename it.

Files can be added or deleted using the file manager.
By default, the 
President,
Vice President Education,
& Vice President Public Relations
have a file manager link in the members only section.
Also, the admin has full access.

You cannot rename it BUT, you can work around that.

1) Copy the link to member download, paste it some like note pad
2) Use the admin appearance and turn it off
3) use the Create custom links to create a new link with the name you want to use
4) the link you saved before becomes the link for the newly created custom link.
