Issue with cloudflare on contact us form preventing submit

Hi, 

We haven't received any correspondance from the Contact Us form for a week or two, I thought that this was odd and tried it out.

There is an issue with Cloudflare preventing the form from being submitted. Screenshots are attached.

Is this a known issue? And how best can I go about fixing this?
