Actually, a pretty simple question I could not find an easy answer to. We want to upload our officer meeting minutes so all members can read them if they wish, but don't want to burden the system or exceed limits.

1) FTH is not a file repository 
2) FTH does not guarantee your files will always be there.
3) While we have not had to enforce file limits, we do ask clubs to be reasonable of there use as this is a free system to them.

I suggest a free club google drive. You get 15 gb of storage and easily store docs and publish links on your FTH web site. A link lets you see the doc you click on vs downloading a doc from FTH before you can see it.

Along with a club archive email address that can be used for club account sign-ups at 3rd party services.
