Adding Audio To Website home page

Club 6379 has a question about its website homepage! David Brooks, the 1990 WCPS, has kindly agreed to let us publish a series of audio files on public speaking that he originally produced as CDs. I uploaded the first audio file to YouTube, then created a thumbnail. I then embedded the code on our website, but received the error "Video Not Available" or something like that. 

I tried searching and looking at the documentation here, but no joy there. We would like to be able to have the image of the audio slider as a thumbnail, and people would click it as they do a thumbnail on any other video. I doubt downloading is an option; this file was 17.39 MB, and we want to post each lesson every week or so.
