Meeting Agenda Tutorial

I have been getting lots and lots of calls and emails about using the website.

I created a manual but, I guess no one wanted to read it, so now I am creating a series of video tutorials for the members. This seems to be working a little better. They are customized to our club's procedures but, I thought I would share them. Please feel free to use them if you like and leave some feedback so I can make them better.

Also, I should share how these are made. There are several screen capture programs out on the market. Some are expensive, some are free. As our club has a budget of exactly $0.00 for software, I like to use the free ones.

I used a PC to make these videos with Windows 7. There are some freeware screen capture programs out there; however, the video and audio was not matching up very well. I found another free program from Microsoft call Expressions 4. The only limitation is that you can not capture more than 10 minutes of video at one time. You can pay to upgrade if you need to.

If you happen to be a Mac user, this is built into the Operating System. Launch Quicktime, then choose File > New Screen Recording.

This *might* also be an option in the Windows version of Quicktime. Not sure.
