website unused for years, trying to get re-started and can't get ADMIN approved

Web site has not been used for years.Now trying to get new admin approved. followed the directions and get down to the last screen entry and keep getting and error message 1. but no explanation of what 1 is or how to correct it.

Is your club Texas Star Toastmasters? You need to make sure that the admin on the TI site is current, so when you ask to change the admin on here, it will be sent to the correct address The admin states: Elwood Smith

where exactly on TMI is the admin info updated please? I'm also in the same situation where site has not been used and as club coach and President I want to start using it but had no responses when requested to be added as member. Thank you
