-->Hello,I have tried to enter a new member into our website and I received this error message:1. Invalid/Non-functioning Email: <email address kept private> (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.) As a result, the new member did not receive the opt-in email notice. It was resent a number of times and he checked his spam/trash folders with no luck. The email address tracker resulted in it being “Bad”.The new member has a number of different email addresses and it only worked when I entered his gmail account it worked. He received the opt-in email notice and was able to login to our FTH website. He updated his profile email address to match what he has in Toastmasters International’s website but was unable to so he used another email address that he prefers. He is now unable to login to the website. This email address also shows with a "Bad" result in the email address tracker.
When I set it up, I am using a MAC and used Safari browser and I then tried Google Chrome which didn't seem to make a difference.I would prefer to communicate privately regarding this to protect the new member information.Our website is townsofyork.org Club 1609 District 123My name is Carol Dowell and I am the VP Membership. eric@solowka.ca and eric@adao.ca both show as bad results
