FTH responded to a change in Gmail behavior

Some club's will find some of their member email addresses were replaced by the 'noemail' placeholder. This was caused by a change at Gmail and FTH has made the necessary adjustments to restore function. Affected clubs will need to restore their member's email address. If there is a bounce count error with the address please let us know on the forums.

Brian,

I am not talking about an agenda that has already been CREATED.

I am referring to when I am CREATING the agenda.

I have a blank agenda where i need to add a role, lets say the Toastmaster. I start typing in the word and the dropdown has a list of options that change with every letter that is entered. Then I am faced with a list of all the outdated and misspelled titles. I then have to scroll through them to find the current name we are using.

I am talking about the DROPDOWN list that appears with the ROLES / AGENDA ITEM TITLE entry. This list is what I want to be fixed. I want to be able to remove any outdated or misspelled titles.

1) You should never be starting with a blank Agenda
2) Your VP Education should create Agenda templates in the Admin,
- most clubs have a master template they use for creating agendas for regular meetings, create the master with the most speakers and evaluations you would have in a meeting. If they are not filled the Toastmaster can delete them, much easier than adding roles.
- you create other agenda templates for things like contests which are reused every year.
3) Regular members should be using pre created agendas that the VP Education creates we call these Dated Agendas. Most clubs create dated agendas at least 3 month ahead some create the agendas for the entire year.
4) No regular member should ever have to add roles to the agenda, if a role needs to be add then gthe VP Ed should be adding it.

that is where the * around the word *Grammarian* is important then it only counts it as 1 role
