Editing a member's profile
The club admin or VP Membership can edit a lot (but not all) of what's on a member's profile. The member does have to check the "Allow admin edits" box for this to be possible.
It can be used to help members who have challenges which make it difficult for them to do this for themselves.
You can't make the member's profile public for the "Meet our Members" page. The member has to do this.
Enter the profile by clicking on the Edit button at the end of the member's listing in the Membership management page.

Make the changes, and save.
In addition to details that the member can change, there are a number of items that only the admin or VP Membership can access.
Some of these are:
- Officer designation
- Which group the person belongs to: Member, Guest, Former Member etc
- Membership history
- Completion of Mentoring Program
- Private notes — These are for officers' use. You might, for example, note that the member has expressed interest in being a Judge at a contest, or taking on an officer role next year.
Please remember:
Treat this page with respect, and check with the member before making any changes to their personal info.
