Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Getting FTH website URL on Find A Club

how do I get our FTH website URL on Find A Club?
Our FTH website is
redlandsymca.toastmastersclubs.org/
But the link doesn't appear on Find A Club.
It still lists:
www.toastmasters.org/Find-a-Club/2867798...ds-ymca-toastmasters
and it doesn't come up on a Goggle search as it did before.

FIND A CLUB is part of the TOASTMASTERS.ORG site.
A club officer needs to log into International and go to CLUB CENTRAL to edit to include the website.
THE PATH: Home / My Toastmasters / Profile / Club Central /Club Contact and Meeting Information

Best of luck WITH CHARTERING - EXCITING!!

I can't see the club listed on my Club Central page.
I only see my old clubs, not the new (as yet unchartered) club.

This takes me to the same roadblock - all my clubs are listed on Club Central except my new club that I am trying to charter!

These seem to be issues at TOASTMASTERS.ORG
Please contact Toastmasters International to find out where you can see your prospect club. I would not expect it to be in the CLUB database yet.

REMINDER for FTH assistance -
1. check the documentation....
2. always include your club number when asking a question about FTH
3. address TOASTMASTER.ORG site issues with them
