Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Hi! On the "Contact Us" page, members are listed that are no longer valid. How do I update this to a general email address?

The preferred solution is to assign up to 3 officer roles, e.g. VPM, Secretary, VPPR.  Those move to the new officers when roles are updated in Membership Management. Documentation here: [url] support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/contact-forms [/url]
If it isn't going to an officer address, it must go to an address on your membership list.  If you want to use a "general/shared" group address, you'll need to create a dummy member with that address - and make sure it is monitored.
