Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Unsolicited Emails

Since 27 Apr I have been receiving unsolicited emails via server@toastmastersclubs.org These include:

  • Factory-Customized LED Grow Lights with Balanced PPFD, Genuine Samsung LEDs & 3-Channel Control
  • Collaboration Opportunity for High-Quality Screen Protectors
  • Premium Sportswear Solutions
  • Partnership Opportunity with the best standing desk
  • Innovative Source Peptide Manufacturer - Partner with XIUSHI BIOTECH for Cutting-Edge Biopharma Solutions!
  • Transform Your Metering System with Our Patented Wireless Solutions
  • High-quality sports protective gear to help sports safety and health
  • Collaborate with Shenzhen Yanxun for Customized Displays
  • Re: customized socks and leggings

Can you please take action to prevent forwarding unsolicited email and marketing emails... I understand that if the emails continue you are at risk of falling foul of GDPR, CAN-SPAM and Spam Act notification, and this could result in the blocking of valid emails by being blacklisted.
