Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Hope you are well.

I'm from the Toastmasters Club at Hornsby, Australia (00004140). 

Could you please help us reset the password for our club's email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.? We'd like to use this email to contact to our guests.

You do not send email FROM a FTH alias they are to receive email only.
FTH does not supply any email accounts, only email forwarder/aliases

Hi Brian,

Thanks for answering.

Now I understand that the contact email can be used as an alternative to the contact form. I'd like to know how to set up the email whitelist to forward guests' emails to me. I tested sending an email to this email address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), but I don't get an email notification from FTH. I guess our email security setup is not correct. Now, the email whitelist in Email Security is empty. Can you advise if it is the correct setup to allow me to receive guests' emails?

The 'contact-4140@' email address sends to the club officers or members specified on the 'Contact Us' form. At the moment you are the only recipient defined for your club. You can assign up to two more.

This is not related to the FTH whitelist. If you aren't receiving the emails, the whitelisting needs to be done in your email client. Please read this document;

A lot of email systems will not allow you to send an email to yourself from yourself through a third party.
Use another email address than the one registered to your club to test the contact form with.
