Authentication Issue

My name is D. Stewart, from Star Masters Toastmaster Group 2979094. I have had a problem authenticating my password to login to the members site. It will bring up my name, I click on the Authenticate button but I never receive an email. We are currently without a Webmaster.

It seems you have now managed to log on to your club site. I can see some sort of glitch in the logs that seems to have cleared.

A. Clotfelter is listed as your site admin / webmaster. There seems to be an error in her web admin email address (the system sees the web admin as a different person to the member so uses the registered address for the admin for admin emails, and the member's address for membership / officer emails).

If she has access to the website as admin she should correct her admin details. If she doesn't have access she'll have to use the method described here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available
