I clicked on a few of your links - most of the ones I tried took me back to your home page (current newsletter, Pathways competencies, District Business). I suspect that you have documents locked in File Manager, which would mean they are only accessible by members actually logged in to the site. Links to other website pages seem to work well

Pam, I checked the links as you mentioned and also noticed that they were going back to the home page.
However, the real issue here is that happens if the person has not yet accepted the Privacy Policy (the thing at the top). If they have, then the links load the member login dialog "on the fly" as expected so that they can login and download the linked doc. If they have not yet accepted that, then they get the behavior you noticed.
The Privacy stuff is monkeying things up again.

Everything should be fine now... I had also moved the public/members only file tracking to the db over the past day.
The public/members only setting was not getting properly captured on downloads. (now fixed) If the linked files are public, they probably work fine now. They were probably incorrectly getting flagged as members only, hence the need to show the login and the privacy pop-up.

yes .. I thought I set any "files" I linked as unlocked.. and of course everything opens for me when I test them out.. but I'm usually logged in as admin.. so of course they would..
thanks for the comments.. if Pam would try again after you worked on it Steve.. let me know.. but I'm pretty sure I set everything as unlocked. .. or if a link.. as unlisted (not public because I don't want the menu huge.)

The main issue with this website is that the content is not set up well for mobile. (not responsive content)
If you want people to visit your website, you need to presume that many of them will be using their phones.
