If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Roles are not connected in the meeting Agenda when new roles are taken

Hi FTH4 Team,

The connection between given or new set up roles doesn't seem to work in our meeting agenda. When I put myself as a Timer in a row in the beginning of the meeting, it doesn't show me as timer at the end of the meeting for the report, even though both rows are set to the same "role" as Timer. The same happens with all other roles too currently.

I was trying to set up also connections between Evaluators, which seem to work in the beginning, but when I have changed the roles to "Speech Evaluator 1" (...2, 3, 4, 5 and 6), it was not working anymore. My name was only displayed in one row, but not both anymore.

Is there something we forget to consider and can it be checked?

Best regards

The "role" needs to have "Auto-fill..." box ticked if you want all instances of that role to be filled automatically.
