If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Pathways badge level completions don't take into account older versions of path

The system doesn't properly take into account that the level requirements have changed over time. For example, when Pathways first came out, Level 1 required fewer projects (e.g. it didn't have Writing a Speech with Purpose back then).  The 2025 Pathways enhancements also added more requirements in Level 3, 4, and 5 and additional role requirements that didn't exist before ( content.toastmasters.org/image/upload/cl...ays-enhancements.pdf ).

The list of levels completed under people's names in FTH4 doesn't properly reflect that someone may have completed a level under the old system that didn't require certain roles or projects. A person who completed L1 a long time ago never needed to complete the extra roles or Writing a Speech with Purpose. They shouldn't need to mark them as complete to have Level 1 showing as complete in FTH4. There needs to be a better way of doing it rather asking these members to mark projects as complete that they never completed since they didn't exist back then.

Additionally, the list of levels completed for some people is ridiculously long and sometimes takes up more than one row. It should just show highest level completed like Toastmasters officially does (e.g. PM4). It'll make it much easier to read. I can't paste the image, but this under someone's name is ridiculous (this is excessive and not useful):
DTM L5PMP L5DL L1 ×3DL L3 ×2DL L4·EH L1 ×2EH L2·EH L3·EH L4·MS L1 ×5MS L5 ×4PI L1 ×3PI L2·PI L4·PI L5 ×4PM L1 ×3VC L1 ×5

Another reason this needs a better system is because the requirements for each Level are bound to change again in the future. When they do change (e.g. different projects in Level 2), what are you going to do? Change the badges of someone who complete the 2026 version of Level 2 and say they didn't complete it anymore since they didn't meet the new future requirements?

I'd also like to see badges for those who completed projects prior to Pathways.
