The Meeting sign up sheet only shows Evaluator #1 and not Evaluator 2, 3 etc and the speakers are listed as speaker #4, #3, #1 and #2.

You will have to switch off auto-renumbering - your role titles for evaluations are all unique as they have a different speaker number, so each one will be numbered #1 as it is the first with that role title. I'd hoped that using the asterisk notation would make it work, but apparently not.

Pam, since I have made a few changes, can you please re-check, including w/ asterisks?
I value your thoroughness. Much thanks!

Thanks Steve - all of my renumbering tests passed with flying colours.
The one that people need to be aware of is that if there is anything (different) before the role title, the renumbering will cause the #number to become #1 unless asterisks are used.
e.g.
A Speaker #1
B Speaker #2
becomes
A Speaker #1
B Speaker #1

This works:
A *Speaker #1*
B *Speaker #2*

Thanks! I am fine with this, since the logic needs to be able to find something that is the same to be able to determine what roles are in the same series. You cannot expect the logic to know that "A Speaker #1" is the same series as "B Speaker #2". If the logic only looked at the first word to the left of the number, then you would run into issues with "Contest Speaker #1", "Contest Speaker #2", and "Backup Speaker #1" in the same agenda.

Ultimately, if people are not understanding how to use the automatic renumbering, then they should just shut it off if they are unwilling to learn to use it. ;)
