Matthew Telder of Bunbuy
7 years 5 months ago
I am Roger Davis from Bunbury Toastmasters club No. 3065. I contacted you a week or so ago regarding a Matthew Telder a new member to our club who was locked out due to not opting in. I thank you for clearing that up as he is now in our members list. But now it appears that there is a new problem as he can not log in to our webpage and has requested a new password. Our VPM received a message from you stating that a new Password had be sent but it appears not to have reached Matthew who is still waiting for it. I am providing his email address in case it differs from the one you have mtelder1@live.com
Can you help

The password reset email *was* sent as evidenced by our email log:
However given the wording of the log entries ("Queued mail for delivery") it is possible that the emails are being held as possible spam by your member's email system. There is nothing we can do to resolve his lack of receipt for him as the system appears to be functioning as intended and delivering the email to his email provider. However, he may be able to make a change to his email settings to designate the system as a "safe sender" (white list the system). Please take a look a the following for some suggestions on how to do that. As live.com is a Microsoft email address that shares characteristics with hotmail.com and outlook.com, your member should review the suggestions relevant to those here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email
Once he has designated the system as a safe sender, have him request the password email again.
